HEATLOVESCHASOBA!

YES!YES! I Made Stir fried Cha Soba!
I used whats available in my fridge: Red bell pepper, Broccoli, Little white fish(Nope, not Ikan Bilis), Dried Shitake Mushroom,Green tea cha soba!
p/s: Chop wash clean cut all by myself!
I was literally cutting, washing and popping blueberries! Really really sweet little babies.Yum!
Pre-prepare the Soba.
Boil and stir. I have no idea why its cloudy.
3 mins and its done.
Sieve them up and put aside.
Didn't waste the water and started boiling my Broccoli.
Mummy warn me to check on the mushrooms.
Yup,soft it is. Squeeze the water out.
Remove the ugly stems and chop them up.
Very much hype over cooking
One tbsp of olive oil and in go the garlic and little fishes.
Red pepper and mushrooms then follow by the soba.

Seasoning: Pepper, soya sauce and wee bit of teriyaki sauce.
TADA! All done! Trust me, its better than it looks. Super YUM!


With half a bell pepper and broccoli still left in my fridge plus lotsa chasoba still wrap in its pack, i am all already for round two tomorrow.HEE HEE.
I am sucha genius. Dinner anyone?
