Few things i JUST decided that i will include into my lifestyle:
1) I shall not intake any fastfood from now on.
2) I shall not consume any meat except maybe chicken.
3) I shall not intake any junk food or sweet treats. Maybe not for this sunday.=D
I want to say that i will exercise, but my lazy body cant seem to think likewise.
I am sucha sweet tooth. this is going to be hard...
