i slept at 10pm.totally deadbeat. but i woke up at 12pm. totally upbeat.
i hate my sleeping disorder. help.
About the dd plan, i wouldnt say its super good.
but i definitely seen some results.
i shall persist for a few more days on the pp phrase.
If everything goes positive, i will further update about the dd plan.
that shall happens when i move to the next phrase.
DONT GIVE UP!
since i am awake, i am going to do some of my tasks.
i am starting my day two of work later.
